Is it possible for you guys to give me a DC Pass. like a month ago i think i through all mine out, and i need it so i can finish a quest. Is it possible you guys can give me a DC Pass?

can someone give me the link or room link to talk to Duty Officer at the West Gate

there actually is no link that will take you there... room 1 is the only room in entire DC that has a shortcut to it. If youre now stuck in the training grounds, i suggest you hit the mobs in there till you turn lvl 10, and can teleport your way out of there.

once lvl 10 you can get the dc pass to get out of there but you can not leave untill you get the pass. so he/she's stuck.

well, once you turn lvl 10, you get the link to teleport to dusty glass tavern. If not, he has to use his first skill point on teleport, and get the hell out of there.

im lv 42 lol... i dropped all my passes like a month ago

omg, dude... why do you care about that quest if youre lvl 42? if you dropped your passes, you cant finish it - and i very much doubt that admins will give you new ones.

Just teleport away from the training grounds, and screw the quest.
