Stizzy Waterway keep?

For some reason I can't find this place. A mysterious portal seems to be where the outwar map says Stizzy waterway keep is. Can anyone tell me how to get into this area?

its a small link below the W A S D-links. There it says Mysterious Portal, and you go through the mysterious portal, and into Stizzy Waterway Keep.

it appears like that, but it isn't, after you click it once, go south ;)

Exactly. Notice that until you click, the only arrow in the map points North. AFTER you click the arrow pointing North dissapears, and you can only go South, thus inside the Waterway.
