So what do you guys think about this? I personally think its outrageous, here is a summary of the case, there will be a link below for the whole story.

Eric Frimpong a rising soccer star was convicted of rape and sentenced to 6 years in state prison. He is a poor Ghani immigrant who came to play soccer in MLS. Even though there was no physical evidence (DNA on her underwear was that of her boyfriends, who was never a suspect) and the only 'evidence' is that the woman who got raped said it was him. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that she had a near toxic alcohol level. He was convicted by an all white jury and judge, and the judge said that "this case has some of the most compeling evidence he has seen in his career".

Simply ridiculous, they have no evidence of even sex occurred other than the drunk girl who can't even remember most of the night....sounds like her boyfriend hit her, maybe raped her, and this guy ends up with the charges.
