Kairi is bugged

When I try to hand in the quest "Woo Her" to Kairi, it just says that he is currently busy. I tried getting him to attack a wolf, but he wouldn't move. So it is bugged.

Another person in this forum also has the same problem with this guy, so he is probably bugged for now...Skip it and do other quest until they fix it :P
