i have no idea what the quests should be about but i find myself at lvl 14 just killing mobs as i have done all the quests for my lvl. i used to play on this along time ago and i cant remember you having to be so lvled up to do some of the quests.
the quests should be to kill like 50 rancid thugs or something like that something that will get you a lot of experience doing it and make it easier to rank up.

When Rancid started I remember getting to around 30ish in one day because of all the easy level ups and quests. . .

I agree there should be some easy low level quests, the "kill X many of Y mob" sounds like a good idea.
I also find the quest givers rather hard to find, although that may just be me.

really?
There are a ton of quests for low to mid levels.
Go to the wiki. really.
Outwar level progression can't be done entirely by quests. U need to grind some.
Ok u need to grind ALOT.

yeah its already to level up, i made a charactor on a new server just so i couldnt get any help from friends or what ever, took me like an hour? To get to level 14, the quests are easy and there is plenty of them. It should maybe be made easier to find them maybe...

then make a small tab in the quest thing which shows: available quests, startted by: bar keeper, place: dusty tavern

yeah would be a good idea :) Im ok finding them because ive done most of them like 10 times before but if your new (i know not many people do start a new on outwar) its bit confusing or just luck if you find them.

i think there needs to be more quests for the lower level guys like around level 30-55 that give a little more exp to help with the inactive problems cause ive seen some people get done with the EOB/KIX quest then stop playing do to the hard nature of getting exp.

Yeah, there should be a couple new quests, but, then what are people working for if they are just handed the levels?
I have a few accounts that have a gap, but, it's mainly because I don't dc them like I should.
When you run out of new quests around level 30, it's time to join a crew, maybe do space ranger?
Then get a set with some better rage and MR, and then dc. That's what the mobs are there for in the first place. If there are constant quests, then you are just being handed the levels and you are not really working to get stronger. You need to dc a lot anyway to max out your supplies, which is a good bonus if you do full attack or full defence.
Just do some free points offers, buy some rage pots, and EARN your exp.

I don't think the problem is that there are not enough quests for lower levels. The real problem is, that since outwar introduced the new 'level progression' to get to lvl50 fast, many of the lower level quests are bugged. Talk mobs don't trigger. I am coleader of a crew on Quiver and many of my new lower level members complain about this.

At least those at level 58 and 70 have a valid complaint.

So a level twenty gets shut out because of what? theres nothing to do!
There needs to be something to do at level 20! i say you need to make another epic! thing for lower levels
1-10 training grounds
10-45 (they are attempting to do something about Maglious, idk if thats still working, but it kinda sucks as of now) but these people have NOTHING to do
45+ EOB, Kix, CoeS, Phoneix Plume,
I tried to get my freinds to play OW, and there biggest complaint was that they got so bored around level 25 becuase there was nothing to do.

They have plenty of quests to do, but Generation Y (that's you) is so spoiled and used to getting everything handed to them, that when they have to put in a little bit of effort, they just quit and ask for someone to do it for them.
14 quests are unlocked at level 20. 3 quests are unlocked at levels 21-23. 14 quests are unlocked at level 25.
If 31 quests isn't enough to get to 30, then I'll agree that perhaps the available quests should give you more exp in return for more work, thus making you believe that you're questing while in reality, you're just getting used to DCing.

I dont know if you're being sarcastic or not but at level 22 you should be able to beat level 40 mobs, and its not too difficult to get better stuff than ele if you just try a little bit.

in my own exp, a lvl 20 with full gangland, and if u want, lvl 2 emp, can take down the stuff in zugzugs area, the music rooms and MAYBE the lvl 45 ghost things in the....iono what to call it, housing maybe? well, the ghost things in (i think) sigil/quivers area (cant remember which)
only problem is getting the full gangland...other than that, its not all that hard to bump from 20-28. 30 is only lame, cuz u go from taking 20kish to lvl, to like 45k.
