I lost my accounts last Thursday and i got them back last Sunday....SUNDAY no less
thank you sooo much you have proven to me that if a player has a valid point you DO help him straight away, i had hoped for the quick return of my little "family" but that it would only take four days and then got fixed on a sunday simply amazes me :D

oh and Sparda1234....i ain't no nub just a lazy bum :P

well while we are at it, i know the OW staff has to hear a load of complaining all the time, so I would just like to add, I enjoy this game immensely and would like to express my gratitude to the developers as well. keep up the great work guys.

i just suply'd my account information and information about my chars only the owner can know about ;) maybe that helped my case :D

Well, i filled in everything that they asked, my ticket got forwarded TWICE to an admin, and still didn't got any response of them... Guess they just dont wanna take the time to get my stuff back ( I have screenshots as proof, still no response)... Thanks Outwar, nice support there

you know, its strange how different incidents take different time to do something about... like one year ago, my good friend FuZZys on sigil was hacked, and his account was deleted. We contacted all the moderators and admins on outwar, and they all said that they were working on it.

Then after a year, with still no response, i got in touch with se7en on AIM, and he restored the account in two seconds. It seems like moderators choose who they want to help, and who not to :P

cuz when somebody from the top 50 highest players on sigil got their account deleted, they get it retrieved with once. So, if youre not famous, you dont get any help...

Thanks Outwar, nice support thereI'm in that same boat with augs, not just regular ones, 7 treasury ones and my sacred blade aug. You'd think they could just check my purchase logs and see it, then just go from there, and i have a sacred blade, i obviously did that quest. I can see not getting back the other random augs, but ones you purchased I would of thought would be on record. I sent in another support yesterday and it was almost immediately sent to an admin, hopefully nick gets to see it and check the logs so I can get them back, or at least the point value of them. Treasury augs aren't cheap, and I got them right when they came out.

really its not strange.. its just the fact that outwar mods a year ago just plain sucked and didnt help anyone, all they wanted was to abuse the power they got.. Now with the new support system and a bunch of new moderators things are actually getting done and in a timely manner instead of months on end.

How do you explain my situation then? With this new support system, i still don't get contacted by an admin after 3+ months? Oh wait, they should be working on it, i guess looking at my screenshots and give my gems/orbs back is just too much work to handle in 3 months.

It's prob cause he has 4-5 mods in his crew, what is there to complain about lol...

that is true we do have a few mods in my crew, but only once has a mod in my crew replied to or helped with a support Ticket, it was either Rampid_Misery or LostOne who have replied to mine :\

5 words: Outwar support is great now

when i lost my account i got it back within 3-4 days. from what i had heard before i thought i would have to wait a long time but i was suprised. Have Faith! :)

I am glad to know your issue got handled in a swift manner. Patience is a virtue and so is giving complete information -ws-.
