Hacked what should i do?

Hey, I've got hacked some days ago, and that hacker deleted my best character, what should i do? can i have my character back or what? because I didn't delete it right, it was that hacker :S so please any admin tell me what to do!

ur best char was less than lvl 40??

Anyway, send a ticket and pray - support is crap in game - sorry, thats how it is

all i can say, is when i forgot my new password, it took a MONTH for outwar to get there top admin to finnally get to me. and i had to send in THREE! it's gonna take you a LONG time to get ur character back. (i say if you get a new lvl 1 acct, outwar has to award your items that you had, only to be fair)
