Issue logging in

Hi im just wondering if im the only person having an issue with logging in after the patch update
i get to the log on screen and COP errors out .

i couldn't login before the newest patch and i still cant log in. the only difference is that now instead of just closing is says the error thing.which states
AppName: cop.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: cop.exe
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0021d20e

im having problems after i logged out and downloaded todays patch
it says it has encountered a problem now i cant play why is that?
