COP Issue Using Vista Basic Labtop

After installing the game and doing the current new update i click launch and instead of taking me to the login page i get this.....

failed (error 14001: the application has failed to start because
its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event
log for more detail.)


Mind someone please help me out.. i tried running as admin still have same issue..

yea well for some reason im getting the same issue.. mayb because i installed it at the D drive?

got it to work but the graphic are horrible on the labtop..
