So i sent in a support ticket because i turned in the parts for 3 complete holy potions. and when i went to transfer them to a different account, they weren't there. The response of the support ticket asked me to provide proof that I actually did it...

I'm not going to name names, because it's not who I am, but is it me or is that just not useful help? or am i supposed to be screen shotting my every move on OW? A friend (Crapo) suggested video taping my computer screen; however i'd rather not.

Any thoughts?

Well, frankly, I can see both sides of this argument.

On the one hand I'd imagine the head mod has no power to see if this happened or not and wants to see if you can provide a means to speed up the processes. I'd imagine if not he'd have to forward it to an admin if he were doing his job properly.

On the other hand you feel betrayed because you don't understand that he can't just 'give' stuff out. And take for granted that while you may be telling the truth not everyone is.

Isn't there a way for a HEAD mod or ADMIN to check quest history?

you can check wich items you transfered to wich account. This also works for item transfer

I don't think that's what he meant. After he turned in all the pieces, he noticed they weren't there BEFORE he went to transfer them. So looking at a tb log doesn't help.

i used to be a game monitor before i resigned, and i know what they can and can't do/see. it should have been admined right away.
