So, at first I went from this http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j165/LordItachiGFX/Captain.png
to this http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j165/LordItachiGFX/itachi.gif
in a couple of weeks. I still need a lot of work and I'm really bad at text and fonts. but I want to hear C+C about them. I'm not making pictures for the public YET.

Try smoothing out the edges around bruce lee a bit. Not sure if its just my computer set of a high resolution, but i can see the pixel steps going down on his left arm. smoothing just helps him blend with the background more.

Sadly, its how the render is. Tried my best to blend it but to no avail.

Nice improvement. You should try to get other brushes or learn new effects. There are many tutorials online.

Thanks, I don't know many places since I've only been on Photoshop for about a month or less.

you can usually find free brushes just by searching on google. make sure they are compatible with your version of photoshop tho.
