Deleted account Rastapi need help

I deleted accidentally my main acount Rastapi and he was over 1 million experience, I really trained hard on him and deleted him accidentally, I'm really stressed.(this is no good):(
I really want him back cuz I want to get better and stuff.
I put many hour on this account Rastapi, I need him back
