Posting is posting, a high Post count should mean nothing.
A single person can spam 500 posts, (if he isn't caught) and be at the top of the list, does this make him the best? No, of course it doesn't,

Its the person, that can sit with himself, and pride off of the fact that he isn't destroying the reputation of the boards, and that of other players.

I am by far not the best player on Outwar. I think I do a good job at helping to run my crew but that's about it.

And you're right, post counts don't matter as long as the person is making valid posts and not spamming. I notice some people whine about 1-line posts - some people have 1 line opinions or a contribution that can be said in one line, it's their prerogative and it still is valid to be posted.
